Seneca Lake Vineyard
The main vineyard for Shaw is located on the southwestern shore of Seneca Lake (behind the tasting room), sloping downward gently from the road toward the lake shore. The good drainage and southern exposure produce ripe grapes used in the majority of Shaw wines.
